It bonds solar cells between glass and backsheet through lamination curing, providing electrical insulation, mechanical protection and moisture/erosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation of solar modules.
The main difference lies in UV transmittance: MH-T6510 has ≥70% transmittance in the 290-380nm UV band, suitable for scenarios requiring UV transmission; MH-J6510 has less than 30% UV transmittance, which can block ultraviolet rays and reduce yellowing aging of modules. Both models have the same basic mechanical and electrical properties.
The recommended lamination parameters are: temperature 142-148℃, vacuum pumping time 5-6 minutes, lamination curing time 10-12 minutes. The specific process can be adjusted according to actual equipment and lamination system to achieve a cross-linking degree of ≥75%.
