Our EVA solar encapsulant film is made from premium ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with advanced chemical cross-linking modification technology. It forms a 3D network structure during lamination, delivering excellent adhesion to glass and backsheets, high light transmittance and long-term weather resistance, effectively protecting solar cells from environmental erosion.

What is the difference between MH-T6510 and MH-J6510?

The main difference lies in UV transmittance: MH-T6510 has ≥70% transmittance in the 290-380nm UV band, suitable for scenarios requiring UV transmission; MH-J6510 has less than 30% UV transmittance, which can block ultraviolet rays and reduce yellowing aging of modules. Both models have the same basic mechanical and electrical properties.

What is the recommended lamination process?

The recommended lamination parameters are: temperature 142-148℃, vacuum pumping time 5-6 minutes, lamination curing time 10-12 minutes. The specific process can be adjusted according to actual equipment and lamination system to achieve a cross-linking degree of ≥75%.
