Yes. We have an independent R&D team and formula development capability. For special functional requirements that are not available in conventional products, we can provide targeted formula development services. After confirming your specific performance indicators and application scenarios, we will conduct formula debugging and sample testing until the requirements are met.
We adopt a flexible MOQ policy. For conventional specification adjustment, the MOQ is relatively low to support your small batch trial test. For formula development and special functional customization, the MOQ will be adjusted according to the difficulty of the process. You can contact our sales team for specific MOQ information according to your project.
We implement full-process quality control: raw material incoming inspection, first article confirmation before mass production, online sampling inspection during production, and finished product delivery inspection. Each batch of products retains samples for traceability. We strictly follow the confirmed sample standards for mass production to ensure batch consistency.
Yes. Our factory has complete international certification system. For medical grade films, we can provide ISO13485 system support; for food contact grade films, we meet FDA standards; for photovoltaic films, we comply with TÜV related requirements. We can also cooperate with you to complete product certification testing for specific projects.
Of course. We provide free A4 size conventional samples for basic performance testing. For customized samples with special formulas or specifications, we can arrange sample making within 3-7 working days. You only need to bear the sample making cost and freight, and the sample fee can be deducted from the formal order.
