Founded in 2001, Cixi Lanxing Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest and most professional cast film manufacturers in Ningbo, China. Our factory is located in Cidong Binhai Industrial Zone, covering an area of 30,000 square meters with a built-up area of 22,000 square meters.
We have invested heavily in advanced production equipment and technology over the past 25 years. Today, we operate 8 fully automated cast film production lines imported from Germany, with a total annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. All production processes are completed in-house, from raw material extrusion and film casting to slitting, packaging and quality inspection.
Our factory adheres to strict international quality standards and has passed ISO 9001:2015, FDA, and EU 10/2011 certifications. We are committed to providing our global customers with high-quality, high-performance cast film products and reliable delivery services.
Our Modern Production Workshops
Our factory has 4 specialized production workshops, each equipped with advanced ventilation, temperature control and dust removal systems to ensure a clean and stable production environment. All workshops are managed according to 5S standards to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Cast Film Extrusion Workshop
Houses all 8 German-imported cast film extrusion lines, producing high-quality films with thickness ranging from 20μm to 300μm and width up to 2200mm.
Slitting & Rewinding Workshop
Equipped with 12 high-precision slitting machines that can slit films into custom widths from 10mm to 2200mm with ±0.1mm accuracy.
Packaging Workshop
Professional packaging team providing custom packaging solutions including moisture-proof wrapping, wooden pallets and export-standard cartons.
Raw Material Warehouse
Temperature-controlled warehouse storing over 2,000 tons of high-quality raw materials to ensure stable production and timely delivery.
