Standard A4 size film samples are completely free of charge. You only need to cover the international shipping freight (freight collect). For special customized formula or large-size samples, we will evaluate the cost separately and inform you in advance. Sample fees can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Standard in-stock samples are prepared within 3-7 working days. International express delivery usually takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. For custom formula samples, preparation takes 7-10 working days. We will provide a tracking number once the sample is shipped.
Yes, we support custom thickness, width, color, function and formula samples. Please describe your detailed requirements in the form, including application scenario, expected performance indicators and special standards. Our technical team will evaluate the feasibility and reply to you within 24 hours.
There is no MOQ for standard A4 samples. Each applicant can apply for up to 3 different types of samples at a time. If you need a larger quantity of samples for pilot testing, please indicate your estimated bulk order quantity in the message, and we will arrange accordingly.
Yes, all samples are shipped with corresponding technical data sheets (TDS) and relevant certification documents, such as REACH, RoHS, FDA, ISO13485, etc., according to product categories. If you need specific third-party test reports, please mention them in your request.
