Sample Production & Performance Testing

Order Confirmation & Production Preparation
After you confirm the sample and sign the formal contract, we will arrange raw material procurement, production scheduling and mold preparation immediately. The project manager will synchronize the production schedule with you regularly.
Mass Production & In-Process Quality Inspection
Automatic production line operation, QC team conducts sampling inspection every 2 hours, strictly controls thickness error, appearance defect and performance index. The whole production process is traceable to ensure stable batch consistency of customized films.
Finished Product Inspection & Packaging
Before delivery, full inspection of finished products is carried out according to international standards, and corresponding test reports and certification documents are provided. Standard export packaging is adopted to ensure that the products are not damaged during long-distance transportation.
Logistics Delivery & After-Sales Support

For conventional functional films, samples can be completed within 3-7 working days; for special formula customized films such as medical grade film, semiconductor tape base film and special bonding film, the sample cycle is 7-10 working days. Expedited service is available for urgent projects.
Yes, we support formula adjustment according to your test feedback. We will optimize parameters such as viscosity, thickness and function until the samples fully meet your application requirements. The number of adjustments is determined according to the specific project.
We adopt a flexible MOQ policy. Different materials and specifications have different minimum order quantities. Conventional packaging films and lamination films have a lower MOQ, while special medical and semiconductor grade films have a relatively higher MOQ. Please contact us for specific information.
